Update 11/19/2013

Just wrapped another sold out night a few minutes ago! So good to see old friends and make some new ones. We’re actively planning the next Whim and will announce a date (early December!!!) in the next day or so. Friend us on facebook at https://www.facebook.com/whimseattle and we’ll keep you in the loop when tickets become available!

Update 11/10/2013

I am so humbled and excited that the opening night of Whim sold out in mere minutes! Due to the demand I’ve added a second night so more people can join us! There are very limited amount of seats. Details below.

~~~~~~~~
Welcome to Whim where I’ll be taking the helm in the kitchen and offering an affordable, multiple course tasting menu that emphasizes Pacific Northwest ingredients artfully prepared in a fun and intimate setting. Whim is fashioned as a pop up and will run only for a very limited amount of time. Operating out of the beautiful Bloom Restaurant in Ballard, I’ve partnered with Dan Phan (Le Pichet, Joule, Chiso) in the kitchen to bring you an intimate and special dinner serving fantastic food. A Northwest beer and wine pairing will be available for additional purchase at the venue. We will be offering a vegetarian option but unfortunately cannot accomodate any food allergies or dietary preferences outside of that.
Whim is styled like a family dinner or a supper club meaning everyone starts eating at the same time.
~~~~~~~~

The first night of Whim sold out in minutes so we’ve added a second night!

Round two of Whim is Tuesday, November 19th. Doors at 6pm. Dinner 6:30pm sharp.

Tickets on sale Tuesday, 11/12 at 5pm, at http://whim2.brownpapertickets.com
