08 Jun Backstage Dinner at Chateau Ste Michelle
Sometimes it’s hard to find good food when you are on the road. Being someone who loves to cook, I took it upon myself to build the TasteCase, a mobile kitchen we take on tour as a means to make some great food when we want to. As we have rolled through different cities across the country we’ve used this little kitchen to make (many) margaritas, braised pork sandwiches, pan seared trout and so much more. I’ve cooked for the band, for our friend’s in other bands, for our hardworking crew, and even a few fans along the way. But I have never cooked in that environment for Seattle. It’s overdue.
I’m pleased to announce that I will be hosting a pop-up dinner backstage prior to our show at Chateau Ste Michelle Winery on Friday, June 13th. Eight lucky guests will be chosen by lottery to attend an intimate and exclusive three course meal prepared backstage at Chateau Ste Michelle’s Manor House. (Outside if the rain stays away!) The band has recently traveled to Southeast Asia for some shows and left with a love of that region’s food, so I’ve created a menu inspired by our recent travel. The meal will feature wine pairings generously provided by Chateau Ste Michelle.
There is no cost to you, our guest, for the meal. (You already have to have tickets to the show, however.) This is my way, Allen’s way, and Chateau Ste Michelle’s way of saying “THANK YOU” for your continued support. We’d like to treat you to a memorable evening and provide you with a special meal prior to a very special show.

Winners will be notified on Wednesday via email with instructions on how to redeem their spots and where to go once arriving at the winery.
To enter, send an email to email@example.com with the subject “Chateau Dinner”. Please be sure to include your name as shown on your ID as well as a phone number in case we need to get ahold of you.
1. You must have tickets already purchased to the show. Winning a spot at dinner doesn’t gain you access to the show.
2. Winners will receive a spot plus one guest for dinner backstage at the winery.
3. Unfortunately I cannot accommodate any guests with sensitivity to food allergies. Assume the meal will contain nuts, soy, dairy, etc. or potentially come in contact with those elements during cooking. Substitutions will not be available for vegetarians.
4. Guests must be 21+.
