I am so humbled and excited that the opening night of Whim sold out in mere minutes! Due to the demand I’ve added a second night so more people can join us! There are very limited amount of seats. Details below.


Welcome to Whim where I’ll be taking the helm in the kitchen and offering an affordable, multiple course tasting menu that emphasizes Pacific Northwest ingredients artfully prepared in a fun and intimate setting. Whim is fashioned as a pop up and will run only for a very limited amount of time. Operating out of the beautiful Bloom Restaurant in Ballard, I’ve partnered with Dan Phan (Le Pichet, Joule, Chiso) in the kitchen to bring you an intimate and special dinner serving fantastic food. A Northwest beer and wine pairing will be available for additional purchase at the venue. We will be offering a vegetarian option but unfortunately cannot accomodate any food allergies or dietary preferences outside of that.

Whim is styled like a family dinner or a supper club meaning everyone starts eating at the same time.
